In person or Online
Personalised dog training
I provide 1-on-1, tailored training to help you prevent or resolve dog behaviour problems. As a qualified behaviour consultant I am committed to ethical, effective, science-based methods. I aim to keep training simple, motivating and fun for you and your dog.
Covid-19 Update: In response to ongoing restrictions, we have adjusted the services we offer. Our preferred method for personalised 1-on-1 training is now via online video consults. Please see below for more information about this service. In certain circumstances we can arrange in-person training in Murrumbeena. These sessions will take place at a pre-arranged outdoor location. More details on this service are also listed below.
Video Consultations
This service is a great way to address behaviour issues in the home, such as: barking, biting, jumping, excitement around visitors, destructive behaviour, separation problems, preparing for baby, managing kids and dogs, managing cats and dogs; and for teaching obedience and independence.
During an initial one-hour consult we will uncover the cause of your dog’s problem and devise a training and management plan. We’ll also cover as much key training as we can over the course of the session.
If regulations allow, we can swap the video consult for an outdoors, in-person session in Murrumbeena to cover topics such as reactivity, loose-lead walking and recall.
Follow up sessions (30mins) will focus on trouble-shooting and refining practical training skills. We can also address new issues if needed.
I am available to view footage of your dog’s behaviour between sessions to troubleshoot and provide additional steps to the training plan.
I conduct video consults using Zoom. If you’re not sure how to use this service, we can arrange a free phone call where I’ll help you set it up and practice using it before the consult.
